Joseph Donald Blair was born on August 2, 1981, in Dallas, Texas. He married on May 15, 2001, in Bexar, Texas. He had two children during his marriage. He died as a young father on May 13, 2008, in Carrollton, Texas, at the age of 26, and was buried there.
