BAKER

Ira Baker, 68, of 1401 N. Houston, Cameron, died Monday night in a local hospital following a long illness.
Funeral service was held at 2 p. m. Wednesday in the chapel of Green Funeral Home with burial in the Marlow Cemetery.
Mr. Baker was born in Bell County on Nov. 11, 1907 but had been a resident of Milam County most of his life. He was a painter by trade, and a member of the Pettibone Church of Christ.
Surviving him are three brothers, Llody Baker and Choice Baker, both of Cameron and Jerry Baker of Caldwell; two sisters, Mrs. Gussie Matthews of Cameron and Mrs. Eula Solomon of Minerva; and a number of nieces and nephews.
