Funeral Mass for Samantha Almager, age 31 of Odessa, Texas will be celebrated Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church in Seminole, Texas at 10:00 a.m. with Father Paul Karieakatt officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home. Rosary will be held at St. James Catholic Church on Monday, April 2, 2018 from 7 to 8 p.m.
Ms. Almager was born April 23, 1986 in Seminole, Texas to Davia (McCoy) and George Almager. She has been a homemaker for several years. Ms. Almager enjoyed Texas music. Her love of music included her brother, Jarrett’s music. Samantha’s family was everything to her; she loved her Granny Maria, Granny Shirley, and her Pappaw. She was known to be a very determined young woman.
Samantha Almager passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Odessa Medical Center in Odessa, Texas. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents. She is survived by 3 sons, Cole McCoy of New Braunfels, Texas, Jordan Lawrence of Midland, Texas, and Adrian Lawrence of Midland, Texas; one daughter, Mikayla Terry of Midland, Texas; her father, George Almager of Midland, Texas; her mother, Davia Ward and husband Robby of North Carolina; four brothers, Derrik Almager and wife Jennifer of Midland, Texas, Jarrett Everett of Odessa, Texas, Justin Everett of Seminole, Texas, and Jacob Ward of North Carolina; one sister, Hannah Ward of North Carolina; and her paternal grandmother, Maria Almager of Midland, Texas.
