Memorial services for Carol Jean Anderson, age 65 of Seminole, Texas will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at South Seminole Baptist Church with Dr. Ricky Guenther officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Anderson was born October 27, 1951 in Phoenix, Arizona to Waneta (Agnew) and Charles McRae. She was a Baptist and worked as a security guard and homemaker. Carol was a very caring person. She enjoyed playing cards, and she loved her animals dearly. She had an extensive angel collection.
Carol Jean Anderson passed away at Buena Vida Nursing Home in Odessa, Texas on Friday, December 23, 2016.
She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. She is survived by two sons, Harvey Anderson of Odessa, Texas and Billy Ryan of Lubbock, Texas; one sister, Laura Clark of Las Vegas, Nevada; three grandchildren, one niece, one great-niece, and numerous cousins.
