April 9, 1933 - February 8, 2003
Memorial services for Paul Condit, 69, of Seminole will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church in Seminole with the Rev. Gail Perkins officiating.
Services are under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home.
Paul Condit died Saturday February 8, 2003. Paul was born April 9, 1933, in Foster, Oklahoma, to Melva Mae (Southern) and Taylor Edward Condit. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He married Patsy Teague on April 21, 1962, in Brownfield. He was an oil supply dealer, farmer, and John Deere dealer. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1955. He served on the Memorial Hospital Board and was a Gaines County Democratic Chairman.
Survivors include his wife, Patsy, of Seminole; three sons, John, Jim, and Jeff all of San Antonio, a brother Royce Condit of Seminole, and four grandchildren.

Graveside services for Patsy Condit, 76, of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, formerly of Seminole, will be conducted Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 4 p.m. in the Gaines County Cemetery in Seminole, Texas. Services will be under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seminole.
Patsy passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday morning, May 15, 2014. Patsy was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Lubbock, Texas to JM and Cymbol Teague. Patsy married Paul J. Condit on April 21, 1962. She was a faithful servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, and her life was wrapped up in her children, being a Mamaw to her grandchildren, and spending joyous times with wonderful friends.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Paul J. Condit, on Feb. 8, 2003. Patsy is survived by three sons, John, Jim, and Jeff Condit; two daughters-in-law, Angela and Monica Condit; six grandchildren, Taylor and Christopher Condit, Cailey and Taylor Carson, Jett Condit and Shelby Gonzalez; one sister, Judy Denson and her husband Kent, and brother and sister-in-law Royce and Bobby Condit. Pallbearers will be Roy Lynn Barnes, Randy Condit, Bill Condit, Frank Woner, Henry Cheuvront, and Kent Denson. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to the two churches Patsy devoted most of her life and energy to: First Presbyterian Church, Seminole, Texas, and Cibolo Creek Community Church, Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas. Romans 8:28.
