Linda Kay Reich, 44, of Cisco, passed away at her home on Friday, June 27, 2008.
Visitation with the family will be Monday 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday July 1, 2008 at Redeemer Lutheran Church officiated by her brother, Reverend Keith Reich. Burial will be in Redeemer Lutheran Cemetery under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home.
Linda was born in Cisco, Texas on October 27, 1963 to Harold John and Vernell Joyce (Symm) Reich. She earned an Associates degree from Cisco Junior College, a Bachelors Degree from Howard Payne University and a Nursing Degree from Cisco Junior College School of Nursing. Linda had an exceptional gift for caring for people, especially the elderly and those with special needs. She was a nurse at the Rock House and had worked at Northview Development Center. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Survivors include: her son, Blake Reich of Cisco; parents, Harold and Vernell Reich of Cisco; sister, Jeanine Blanks and husband, Eric of Weatherford; brother, Keith Riech and wife, Stacy of Holtsville, California; nephews, Landon Blanks, Reagan, Jonathon and Riley Reich; nieces, Laursen Blanks and Jaley Reich; uncle, Marvin Symm and wife, Frances of Waco.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Marshall John Reich.
Memorials may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church or Redeemer Lutheran Cemetery or to donors choice.
