When Ernest Other Galloway was born on December 28, 1901, his father, Samuel, was 24 and his mother, Mollie, was 24. He married Opha L Folmar on February 24, 1924, in Wood, Texas. They had two children during their marriage. He died on February 27, 1965, in Wise, Texas, at the age of 63, and was buried in Vernon, Texas.
