When Andrew Frank Hilliard was born on December 13, 1892, in Hamilton, Texas, his father, Andrew, was 29 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 28. He married Annie Dorothy Belcher on September 2, 1916. They had two children during their marriage. He died on November 9, 1962, in Wilbarger, Texas, at the age of 69.
