VERNON — Donald Marvin Colbert, 71, of Vernon died Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009, in Vernon.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. today in Wilbarger Memorial Park in Vernon with Rick Rosalez officiating. Services are under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home of Vernon.

Mr. Colbert was a chiropractor.

Survivors include two sons, David of Fort Worth, and Stephen of Houston; and two grandchildren.

COLBERT - Joan "Jo Ann", age 46, of OKC passed away Oct 10, 1989, She had received many honors for her outstanding career in Sales, she was a very active member of Southern Hills Baptist Church. She was formerly employed with Braniff Airlines for 10 years, and had been promoted to the head of their training department in Dallas.

She is survived by her husband Don, of the home; mother, Lois Machen, of Tallulah, LA; 2 brothers, Maurice and Paul Machen, both of Tallulah, LA.

Services 10am, Thursday, Southern Hills Baptist Church, 8601 S. Penn. Committal service 4pm, at the Wilbarger Memorial Cemetery, Vernon, TX.
