VERNON Vernice Viola Geis Beazley, 90, died Tuesday, June 22, 2010, in Vernon.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Second Baptist Church with Rev. Ben Macklin and Rev. Scott Arrant officiating. Burial will be in Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home of Vernon.
Mrs. Beazley worked with her husband in their business, Beazley Refrigeration, until they retired in 1989.
Survivors include daughter, Lavonna Haning; son, Bob, both of Vernon; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church or the Second Baptist Church.

When Robert Dale Beazley was born on February 7, 1927, in Foard, Texas, his father, Alva, was 35 and his mother, Eva, was 34. He married Vernice Viola Geis and they had two children together. He then married Teresa Gail McClure on December 30, 1976, in Wilbarger, Texas. He died on August 26, 2008, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 81.
Robert Dale Beazley married Teresa Gail McClure in Wilbarger, Texas, on December 30, 1976, when he was 49 years old.
