When Paul B Schoppa was born on December 2, 1902, in Lockett, Texas, his father, Christian, was 38 and his mother, Anna, was 36. He married Hedwig Mathilde Noack on January 26, 1927. They had two children during their marriage. He died on February 22, 1988, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 85.
