When D Joe Waggoner was born on November 24, 1925, in Texas, his father, Dow, was 33 and his mother, Ida, was 31. He had six siblings. He died on May 15, 1964, in Kenedy, Texas, at the age of 38, and was buried in Vernon, Texas.
