When Lida Mae Brummett was born on August 14, 1904, in Erath, Texas, her father, Algin, was 20, and her mother, Ella, was 19. She married Mike Wilkinson on September 16, 1920, in Vernon, Texas. They had four children in 11 years. She died on March 15, 1982, in Wichita Falls, Texas, at the age of 77, and was buried in Vernon, Texas.

He married Lida Mae Brummett on September 16, 1920, in Vernon, Texas. They had four children in 11 years. He died on July 21, 1985, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 87, and was buried there.
