Gaye Nell Wages Bingham, 84 of Vernon, Texas died on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, in Irving, Texas.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home. Officiating will be Mr. Dave Winn.
Gaye was born October 8, 1933 in Vernon, Texas; she was the daughter of the late Calvin Wages and the late Grace Brewster Wages. She married Clois D. Bingham on April 25, 1953 in Vernon he preceded her in death April 5, 2001. She was a graduate of Vernon High School in 1951. She worked for The Waggoner National Bank for 38 years. She was a member of Red River Valley Museum Auxiliary. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother grandmother and great grandmother. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling. She was a member of Wilbarger St. Church of Christ.
Gaye is survived by her daughters Beth Railsback & husband Larry of Vernon, TX and Lisa Allard and husband Terry of Irving, TX, Three sisters, Gloria Riggins and husband Bobby of Vernon, TX, Jean Riley of Krum, TX and Vicky Shivers and husband Donald Ray of Lubbock, TX; two sister-in-law’s Jane Wages of Vernon, and Kay Wages of Denton. 6 grandchildren Dana Vorsino, Scott Railsback, Kyle Railsback, Morgan Nichols, Tori Gorena and Hannah Hunt. 1 great granddaughter Rylie Railsback. Several nieces and nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister Marie Lindsey and two brothers Warren Wages and Don Wages.
Memorials can be made to favorite charity.
Pallbearers will be Mike Vorsino, Matt Nichols, Oliver Hunt, Micah Gorena, Scott Railsback and Kyle Railsback.
