Funeral services for Mrs. Ola Davis, 85-year old, of Omaha, who died Tuesday, July 14, in the hospital at Naples, were held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the Omaha Baptist Church with the Rev. Earl Hosea, the Rev. Earl Crawford and the Rev. Jim Lewis officiating. Preceded in death was her husband W. M. (Matt) Davis. Burial was in the Concord Cemetery. Mrs. Davis was a long-time resident of Omaha and a member of the Omaha Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Lura Walker of Omaha; three sons, Guy Davis and Carl Davis, both of Omaha, and Obie Davis of Chapel Hill, N.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Ida Davis of Omaha, Mrs. Tom Smith and Mrs. Grady Hunt, both of Mt. Pleasant; and three grand children and three great grandchildren. Pall bearers were her nephews, Odie Davis and Carl Talley of Omaha, J. E. Davis and Clifton Smith of Mt. Pleasant, Olen Smith of Daingerfield, Vernon Hunt of Tyler, Guy Hunt of Dallas and W. C. Morgan and Billy Morgan of Ft. Worth. (Row 1 NW)
