Palmview - Jose Luis Escobar, 63, entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 17, 2019, at Mission Regional Hospital in Mission, Texas. Mr. Escobar was born in Roma, Texas on October 30, 1955 to Hilda and Jose Angel Escobar.
Mr. Escobar is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Angel and Hilda Escobar.
Mr. Escobar is survived by his loving wife, Rosa Elia Escobar, and their 3 children, Jeanette (Joe) Villarreal, Jose Luis (Sabrina) Escobar Jr., and Christina (Javi) Gonzalez. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren, Danika, Cristian, and Luis Angel; his siblings, Elvia (Wale) Alvarez, Rosalba (Eustolio) Garcia, Anabel (Ernesto) Inocencio, Artemio (Annette) Escobar, and Jose Angel (Carmen) Escobar. You will continue to live in our hearts forever. We will cherish every wonderful memory we shared. We love you Dad, we look forward to reuniting with you once again.
Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at the Lord and I Memorial Chapel in Penitas, Texas. Interment will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, Texas.
Funeral services are under the direction of the Lord and I Funeral Home of Penitas, Texas.
