BOOKER — Gerald D. Born, 65, of Booker died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today in Darrouzett Cemetery with Carol Weist, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Good
Samaritan Funeral Service and Chapel of Booker.
Mr. Born was born Nov. 3, 1946, in Perryton to George G and Kate Littau Born. He worked for Garton's Redimix, truck driving and Wolf Creek Feeders.
Survivors include two sons, Terry Born of Royce City and Randy Born of Booker; a brother, Vernon Born of Rockwall; two sisters Esther Garton of Booker and Dorothy Lee of Denver; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Terry Born/Gerald Born Memorial, in care of First Bank Southwest, P.O. Box 636 Booker, TX 79005.
