Funeral services for Zyanayah Nasya Hernandez, age one month of Hobbs, New Mexico, will be held Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Crossroads Church in Seminole, Texas with Pastor Johnny Hernandez officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home of Seminole.

Zyanayah Hernandez was born December 4, 2015 in Odessa, Texas to Liza Monique Elizondo and Francisco Hernandez. She passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at Odessa Medical Center in Odessa, Texas. Although she was only a month old, she was greatly loved by her parents, siblings, grandparents and entire family.

She is survived by her parents, Francisco Hernandez and Liza Elizondo of Hobbs, New Mexico; three brothers, Rhyan Hernandez of Midland, Texas, Daniel Castaneda of Hobbs, New Mexico, and Davien Castaneda of Hobbs, New Mexico; two sisters, Alexah Herrera and husband Roberto of Midland, Texas and Zyra Maldonado of Hobbs, New Mexico; maternal grandfather, Daniel Elizondo of Lovington, New Mexico; maternal grandmother, Mary Saenz of Lovington, New Mexico; maternal great-grandmother, Evarista Elizondo of Carlsbad, New Mexico; paternal grandparents, Margarito Hernandez and wife Alicia of Seminole, Texas; and paternal great-grandfather, Pablo Garcia of Seminole, Texas.
