Dbl stone w/Melvin H. Flock
SPEARMAN - Lula Phebus Flock, 88, died Friday in Spearman at the Hansford Manor.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church in Darrouzett with Rev. Harold Waterbury, pastor of Full Gospel Church, Perryton, officiating.
Burial will be in the Darrouzett Center under the direction of Boxwell Funeral Home in Spearman.
She was born in Fairview, Okla. and moved to Logan, Okla. in 1913. She married Melvin H. Flock on May 19, 1921 and they farmed in the Logan area before moving to Darrouzett in 1929. They moved to Borger in 1942 where her husband worked for Phillips Petroleum Company until his retirement in 1953. They moved to Saloam [sic] Springs, Ark. and then back to Perryton in 1960.
Survivors include a sister, Grace Thompson of Borger; several neices [sic] including Billy of Borger, Wilma Clark of Spearman, and Virda Luck of Logan, Okla.
