Mother: Elizabeth Ida Riggin
When Flora I Evans was born on February 24, 1899, in Detroit, Alabama, her father, James, was 40, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 40. She had five brothers and three sisters. She died on November 17, 1968, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 69, and was buried there.
