When Daniel Wayne Eichman was born on September 3, 1945, in Dodge City, Kansas, his father, Alvin, was 26 and his mother, Charity, was 29. He had two brothers and one sister. He died on September 6, 2013, in Amarillo, Texas, at the age of 68, and was buried in Vernon, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel, officiating will be Rev. David Fox. Interment will be held at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.

Daniel was born Monday, September 3, 1945 in Dodge City, Kansas. He was the son of the late Alvin T. Eichman and the late Charity D. Fakes Eichman. He married Carolyn Campbell on September 28, 1970 in New Boston, TX. He served in the US Army as Staff SSgt active duty and reserves for 6 years. He worked with his father as a welder and steel fabrication. He was a member of Borger Missionary Baptist Church.

Jerry Bennett III

Preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 7:00 to 8:00 Pm at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Memorials can be made to American Diabetes Association..
