VERNON - Jeanie Richie, 52, of Vernon died Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, in Wichita Falls.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Tommy Spencer officiating. Burial will be in Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Mrs. Richie worked for Wilbarger General Hospital for 31 years as manager of Lab. Dept.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Bob Richie of the home; mother, Margaret Copenhaver of Sayer, Okla.; one daughter, Erin Richardson of Altus, Okla.; two sisters, Linda Musick of Mannford, Okla., Terri Vidaurri of Elk City, Okla.; and one brother, Roy Judd of Canute, Okla.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

VERNON — Joe Bob Richie, 62, of Vernon, Texas, died on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, in Wichita Falls.
Services will be held Monday, Feb. 4, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Toby Castleberry and Dennis Fenter. Burial will be in Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Mr. Richie worked at Wilbarger General Hospital for 33 years in many areas, retiring as the director of nursing.
Survivors include daughter, Erin Richardson of Okinawa, Japan; sisters, Karen Garrett of Vernon, and Patsy Vessels of Slaton, Texas.
Visitation will be Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 at 6 to 7 p.m. at Sullivan Funeral Home.

When Joe Bob Richie was born on June 25, 1950, in Texas, his father, Milton, was 22 and his mother, Norma, was 21. He married Regena Sue "Jeanie" JUDD on May 11, 1977, in Vernon, Texas. They had one child during their marriage. He died on January 30, 2013, in Wichita Falls, Texas, at the age of 62, and was buried in Vernon, Texas.
