Funeral Mass for Salvador Dominguez, age 63 of Seminole, Texas will be celebrated Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Father Paul Karieakatt officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. Rosary will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church. Mr. Dominguez will lay in state at his residence located at 607 SW 9 Street in Seminole, Texas. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.
Mr. Dominguez was born November 21, 1953 in Mexico to Aurora (Ledezma) and Ismael Dominguez. He was a Catholic and had worked as a welder. He always had a great sense of humor and enjoyed being with his family. His hobbies included gardening, playing cards, grilling outdoors and fishing; he also loved animals.
Salvador Dominguez passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at his home in Seminole, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, and one son. He is survived by his wife, Veronica Levario of Seminole, Texas; one son, Luis Arturo Mejia Corona of Mexico; two daughters, Diana Dominguez of Seminole, Texas and Jenney Dominguez of Seminole, Texas; four sisters, Ma Jesus Dominguez and husband Roberto of Mexico, Socorro Doss of Mexico, Martha Dominguez of Seminole, Texas, and Aurora Macharigui and husband Eugenio of Artesia, New Mexico; one stepdaughter, Erika Flores of Lovington, New Mexico; three stepsons, Antonio Flores and wife Roxanne of Japan, Jesus Levario II of Seminole, Texas, and Sonny Levario of Seminole, Texas; and 10 grandchildren.
