Services for Robert Donald Shuemate, 58, of Cameron were at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Green Funeral Home of Cameron with the Rev. Roger Shuemate and the Rev. Keith Whitaker officiating.
Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery at Cameron. Mr. Shuemate died Sunday at his residence.
Mr. Shuemate was a native of Milam County. He was employed as a warehouseman for Cameron Compress Co.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Cameron. Mr. Shuemate also was a member of the Yoemen Booster Club and served on its board of directors.
Survivors are four brothers, Albert Shuemate of Kenosha, Wis., Max Shuemate and Bertie Shuemate, both of Cameron and the Rev. Roger I. Shuemate of Port Arthur; and one sister, Violet Johnson of Cameron.
