When Wilbert Otto "W.O." Graf was born on November 2, 1917, in Wilbarger, Texas, his father, Emil, was 29 and his mother, Hulda, was 22. He married on June 17, 1966. He had three children during his marriage. He died on August 22, 2000, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 82.
