When Eugene Debs Rogers was born on May 29, 1904, in Guthrie, Oklahoma, his father, Alder, was 48 and his mother, Rose, was 43. He married Minnie Mae Milner on May 16, 1928, in Frederick, Oklahoma. They had three children during their marriage. He died on March 29, 1963, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 58, and was buried there.
