Graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Wilbarger Memorial Park, officiating will be Rev. Kenneth Bersche. Interment will be at Wilbarger Memorial Park under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home.
Audrey was born Monday, May 5, 1924 in Vernon, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Alvis Lee and the late Minnie Stephens Lee. She married Edward Obenhaus on December 15, 1946 in Vernon, TX., he preceded her in death September 3, 1988 she later married Roscoe William Shields on March 15, 1997 in Vernon, TX., he preceded her in death November 3, 2000.
She was a graduate of Lockett High School. She had lived most-of her life in Vernon, TX. She worked with her husband Edward Obenhaus on the family farm. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and a member of Ladies Aid at the church. She was a homemaker.

Preceded in death by two brothers, Robert E. Lee and Arnold Lee, three sisters Hallie Carlisle, Ruby Taylor-Stafford and Lona Francis Garrett.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at 6;00 to 7:00 PM at Sullivan Funeral Home.
Memorials can be made to American Diabetes Association.

When Audrey Elizabeth Lee was born on May 5, 1924, in Vernon, Texas, her father, Alvis, was 37, and her mother, Minnie, was 31. She had two children with Edward Karl Obenhaus. She then married on March 15, 1997, in Wilbarger, Texas. She died on September 21, 2012, in St Charles, Missouri, at the age of 88, and was buried in her hometown.

When Edward Karl Obenhaus was born on August 26, 1921, in Vernon, Texas, his father, Otto, was 43 and his mother, Alvena, was 33. He married Audrey Elizabeth Lee on December 15, 1946. They had two children during their marriage. He died on September 3, 1988, in Wichita Falls, Texas, at the age of 67, and was buried in his hometown.
