When Lady Frank "Frankie" Watt was born on September 1, 1910, in Roscoe, Texas, her father, Francis, was 34, and her mother, Mabel, was 24. She had two children with William Howard "Doc Brown. She died on October 20, 1982, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 72, and was buried there.
