VERNON - Donald Maroney, 87, of Vernon died Sunday, March 21, 2010.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Sullivan Funeral Home chapel with Dr. Ben Mackline officiating. Burial will be in Wilbarger Memorial Park by Sullivan Funeral Home.
Mr. Maroney was born Jan. 10, 1923, to Robert Henry Maroney and Wilmuth Bell Davis Maroney at Doan.
He belonged to the Odd Fellows Lodge, Masonic Lodge and was a lifetime member of the VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce; two daughters, Donna Oliver of Amarillo and Sharon Foster, Arlington; step-children, Michael of Cashion, Lezlie Spann of Wichita Falls and David Farmer of Austin; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.
