Ralph E Holter was born on August 7, 1901, in Kansas. He married Elsie Prochnau on September 21, 1922, in Blaine, Oklahoma. They had three children during their marriage. He died on September 5, 1997, in Vernon, Texas, at the age of 96, and was buried there.
