Ramiro T. Flores passed away on December 12, 2018 at the age of 63. He was a loving soulmate, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Ramiro was deeply loved by his family and friends; and will be dearly missed by all whom loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Eliodoro, Sr. and Alicia Flores; and his half-brother, Martin Rodriguez.

Among those left to cherish his memory are his soulmate, Gracie Gonzales; sons, Ramiro Flores, Jr. and Jason (Monica) Flores, Sr.; daughter, Velma Ann Piotrowski; brothers, Eliodoro (Linda) Flores, Jr., Juan (Irma) Flores, David (Norma) Flores, Carlos (Laura) Flores; sisters, Sally (Larry) Thompson, Flora (Nick) Perez, Rebecca (Adam) Morales, Amelia Tovar, and Angie (Lance) Elarionoff; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and numerous nephews, nieces, and extended family.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Treviño Funeral Home, 3006 Niagara @ Port Ave; with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, Treviño Funeral Home. A funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 10:30 am to Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery for Rite of Committal and Interment with Military Honors at 11:00 AM.
