Funeral services for Eugenia Mae Langley, age 81 of Phoenix, Arizona and formerly of Pittsburg, Texas, will be held Friday, April 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Transformation Church in Seminole, Texas. Pastor Tod Delay will officiate; burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Mrs. Langley was born July 25, 1936 in Jones, Louisiana to Elma (McBroom) and James Monroe Kelley. She married Edward Langley July 23, 1953 in Greenville, Mississippi. She was a Baptist and a homemaker. Everyone called her “Mamma Mae,” and her grandchildren called her “Mimi.” She was a very special person who always welcomed everyone into her home. Her greatest love was her family. Eugenia was known as a tomboy growing up and came from a large family. She enjoyed reading, fishing, shopping, and watching Hallmark movies.
Eugenia Mae Langley passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Sherman House in Phoenix, Arizona. She is preceded in death by her husband Edward in 2004; two sons, Billy Joe and James Langley; one brother and three sisters. She is survived by one son, Larry Ray Langley and wife Reva of Seminole, Texas; one daughter, Sarah Lyons and husband Ronald of Scottsdale, Arizona; four brothers, Vernon Kelley and wife Vivian of Pittsburg, Texas, Billy Don Kelley of Pittsburg, Texas, William Kelley and wife Carol of Pittsburg, Texas, and Preston Kelley and wife Sandy of Pittsburg, Texas; three sisters, Jean Fox of Bastrop, Louisiana, Carolyn Danysh of Pittsburg, Texas, and Angela Landrum and husband Eddie of Pittsburg, Texas; seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
