Funeral services for Jeremy Wayne Davis, age 42 of Carlsbad, Texas formerly of Seminole will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 4 p.m. at South Seminole Baptist Church with Pastor Tony Pitcox officiating. Burial followed at Gaines County Cemetery. All services were under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.
Jeremy Davis was born April 15, 1976 in Seminole to Linda (Sims) and Benny Davis. He married Paige Nielson in Las Vegas, Nevada January 25, 2003. He worked as an equipment operator in the oilfield. He was a wonderful father, who had a big heart. He enjoyed cooking, hunting, drawing, and cars. Jeremy was a huge Cowboys fan, and also loved Texas A&M.
Mr. Davis passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Hendricks Hospice in Abilene. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, one uncle and one aunt.
He is survived by his wife Paige Davis of Water Valley; two sons Hunter Davis of Water Valley, Harley Davis of Water Valley; two brothers David Davis of Archer City, Brian Davis and wife Misti of Stanford; one sister Jennifer Herrera of Seminole; two stepbrothers Brad Sims of Lubbock, Rusty Wallace and wife Angela of Amarillo; father Charles Benny Davis and wife Lesa of Kermit and mother Linda Sims of Seminole.
