Funeral services for Jean Dickerson, 78, of Seminole will be conducted on Thursday, August 29 at 2:00pm in the Ratliff Funeral Home Chapel with Tony Pitcox officiating. Interment will follow in the Gaines County Cemetery, with services under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home. Jean passed away on Saturday, August 24, in Seminole.

Mrs. Dickerson was born on November 17, 1940 in Ft. Worth to Ruble Ralph and Odessa Clements Daniel. She married Ray Dickerson on August 30, 1960 in Iowa Park. Jean was employed as a secretary for Bonner-Hoffman of Seminole for 16 years. She was preceded in death by a son, Gary Dickerson, and a brother, Danny Jack Daniel.

Jean loved animals. Especially her cat, PK. She loved to cook, and would usually be found in the kitchen. Jean loved her family immensely, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.

Survivors include her husband, Ray Dickerson of Seminole; two daughters, Rayann Underdown and husband Jimmy of Ft. Worth, and Kathy Kremeier & husband Michael of Shawnee, Kansas; five granchildren: Reagan Walker, Tanner McGar- vey, Parker Kremeier, Jennifer Dunson and Jesse Underdown; along with eight great-grandchildren.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, August 28 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Ratliff Funeral Home.
