Funeral services for Dorthea “Lynn” Emfinger, age 70 of Seminole, Texas will be held Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at M.S. Doss Chapel with Pastor Tony Pitcox officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Ms. Emfinger was born December 10, 1948 in Loraine, Texas to Bonnie (White) and Garlin Emfinger. She was a Christian and was contracted with the United States Postal Service. Lynn was a very loving, giving and kindhearted woman who loved her grandchildren dearly. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, baking, animals and being outdoors. She never met a stranger and always had a smile.

Lynn Emfinger passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Seminole Memorial Hospital in Seminole. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie and Garlin Emfinger and one brother, Phil Emfinger. She is survived by two sons, Clay Harris and Trey Harris and wife Kim both of Seminole, Texas; one sister, Gay Andrews of Wolforth, Texas; five grandchildren, Trevin Harris and wife Crystal of Killeen, Texas, Austin Harris and wife Randee, Madison Harris and boyfriend Chantz Pack, Kallie Harris and McKinley Harris all of Seminole, Texas; and two great-grandchildren, Stoney Pack and Kyler Harris of Seminole.
