Funeral Mass for Calvin Gerald Ware, 60, of Denver City, Texas will be celebrated on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. in the St. William Catholic Church with Father Joseph Thanavelil officiating.
Interment will follow in the Denver City Memorial Park with services under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Denver City.
Calvin passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 in Lubbock. He was born December 24, 1949 in Spur to Troy Travis and Wanda Daphine Ware.
He married Donna Jones in Spur on June 14, 1989. Calvin served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1970 thru 1971 in the Military Police. He worked for Peevy and Bruton Oil Field Services. Calvin also worked as a mechanic for Lufkin Services. He was a member of St. William Catholic Church.
Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Wanda Ware, and a sister, Marie Hinson.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Ware, of Denver City; two brothers, Buddy. Ware and wife, Tammy, of Sundown and Travis Ware of Plains; and his mother-in¬law, Eva Jones, of Denver City.
Pallbearers were: Cody Ware, Neil Hinson, Russell Hinson, Bart Thomas, Jerry Dominguez, and Brian Falkenbury. Legacy.com
