Located just west of Mineola at the intersection of Country Club Drive and Green Road, this cemetery was first called Bethel Cemetery as at that time there was a Bethel Cjurch of Christ in the community. This cemetery had been abandoned and neglected until about 6 years ago when the Jr. Historians and Landmark Commission began cleaning and just recently have completed the legal work of setting up an association for the cemetery and a 501(C)-3 tax exempt organization to own the cemetery and collect money for needed maintenance and upkeep.
