Obituary
Burke
Services for Erle Burke, 85, of Cameron were at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Marek - Burns - Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with the Rev. Jim Lafferty officiating.
Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cameron.
He died Friday in a Cameron hospital.
He was born in Milam County and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cameron and the San Andres Masonic Lodge No. 170. He was a retired mail carrier.
Survivors are his widow, Marguerite Burke of Cameron; one son, Richard E. Burke of Cameron; two sisters, Hilda Clark of Houston and Goldyl Graves of Winnsboro; and one grandchild.
