This cemetery is located at 405 Waters St., Cleburne, TX 76031.
It was opened in 1874 after the Original (Old) Cleburne Memorial Cemetery became overcrowded and learning it was once the Anadarko Tribe's burial ground. Many of the citizens were re-interred to the new 1874 Cleburne Memorial Cemetery on the East side of town.
