*Obituary
Barbara Ann "Nana" Morgan arrived in the presence of the Lord on Jan 30, 2011. Services will be held on Wednesday, February 2nd at 2:00pm at Calvary Baptist Church in Andrews, Texas with Rev. Bill Melton officiating. Burial will follow in Andrews North Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.

Barbara was born on Nov 12, 1943 in Andrews, Texas to Clyde and Lois Turnbow. During her childhood they lived throughout West Texas while her father worked in the oil field. She married Jimmie R. Morgan on March 14, 1964 in Lubbock, Texas. Her husband soon entered the U.S. Army and she accompanied him as he was stationed throughout the country and overseas in Germany. She worked at various jobs along the way, none being more important than raising her five children. Barbara and Jim have lived in Andrews since 1981 with brief times being spent in Comanche, TX and Ft. Worth, TX. She was an active and faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church. She loved her family beyond what words could explain. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life and brought her great joy. She was known as "Nana" to many that got to know her through her children and grandchildren. She loved spending time with family and friends. She could play a mean game of farkle as well. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lois Turnbow; father, Clyde Turnbow; brothers, Paul and Jerry Turnbow and grandson, Doc Morgan. She is survived by husband, Jim Morgan; five children and their spouses, Jimmie and Tonie Morgan of Prosper, TX, Sherise and Sean Cassidy of Andrews, TX, Tony and Kelley Morgan of Andrews, TX, Tonia and Rick Ballard of Artesia, NM and Shawn and Tina Morgan of Aledo, TX. Seventeen grandchildren; Brittany, Megan, Colin, Reid and Riley Cassidy, Ross, Joshua and Aaron Morgan, James and David Cooper, Tony and Zoe Morgan, Alex, Addison and Gracie Morgan, Morgan Chaney and Reagan Norman. Six great-grandchildren; Julian and Tristan Cooper, Kailey and Alyssa Morgan, Rori Emphinger and Van Chaney; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gayland and Linda Turnbow, Danny and Linda Turnbow. Two precious aunts, Marie Turnbow and Lola Haler and many, many more cousins, nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Muncy and Dr. Raja Naidu for the outstanding care that she has received throughout the years. We also want to thank Home Hospice for the love and care she received during her final days. Donations may be made to: Calvary Baptist Church (Building Fund), 901 N.E. 4th Pl., Andrews, Tx, 79714 and Home Hospice of Andrews, 805 N. Main St., Andrews, Tx, 79714. www.mcnettfuneralhome.com
