Milo Deason, 93 of Andrews, passed away early Sunday, July 25, 2010 at Permian Residential Care Center in Andrews, Texas.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at Andrews North Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home. Rev. Bryan Johnson will officiate.

Milo was born May 19, 1917 in Cement, Oklahoma. He served in the US Marines during World War II. On March 24, 1968, he married Pearl Snyder in Carlsbad, New Mexico. They moved to Andrews from Odessa in 1970. She preceded him in death in 1997. Milo worked for Industrial Auto as a mechanic for many years and retired in the early 1980's. He loved to help people. He was known for his jolly personality and he was always whistling.

He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Shirley Dean, and his three sisters.

Milo is survived by his daughter, Jeanie McLaughlin of Dallas,Tx; son, Danny Deason of Greenville, NM; two step daughters, Barbara Ainsworth of Levelland; Louise Weatherford of Graham, Texas; his very special friend, Jo Syler of Andrews; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
