Keith married Carol Lynn Bishop on 22 July 1972 in West Union, Iowa. Together they had four children: Opal Denise Davidson of San Angelo, Texas, Brian Keith Davidson and wife Jenny of Loving, Texas, Martin Louis Davidson and wife Lori of Westlake, Texas, Sarah Nichole Davidson Shaw and husband A.J. of Haskell, Texas. He preceded Carol in death.
