ANDREWS - Elmer “Bill' Turnbow, 69, a district manager of sales for Homco Fishing Rental Tools, died Sunday, April 13, 1997, at Methodist Hospital in Lubbock. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at McKinney Acres Baptist Church with the Revs. Billy Bush and Dale Dozier officiating. Burialwill be at Andrews North cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
He was born in Sweetwater and had lived in Andrews since 1929. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Marie Turnbow of Andrews; sons, Weldon Walker of Clovis, N.M., Billy Turnbow of Odessa and Greg Turnbow of Farmington, N.M.; daughter, Theresa Andrews of San Angelo; brothers, Julian E.
