DENVER CITY - Funeral services for Charles Lloyd Williams, age 63 years, of Denver City will be Sunday, Nov. 2, at 3:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Tommy Allison of Colorado City officiating. Burial will follow in Denver City Memorial Park. Services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Chapel of Denver City in association with Boyer Funeral Home of Seminole. Mr. Williams will lie in state at Boyer Funeral Chapel in Denver City. Charles Lloyd Williams passed away Friday, Oct. 31, 2003, at his residence following an illness.

He was born at home in Slaton on Jan. 29, 1940, to A.O. and Florence Brandon Williams. He was a Baptist.

He is survived by two brothers, Albert O. Williams Jr. and Wayne Harold Williams, both of Denver City; three sisters, Marie Milliken and husband Raymond of Lubbock, Dora Alderson of Lamesa, and Edith Kidd and husband Lee of Denver City; many nieces and nephews; and many others who loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Arlie Carroll Williams and Leonard Dean "Red" Williams.
