September 21, 1896 - April 4, 1961
Funeral services for George M. Huse, 64, who died suddenly at his home on Tuesday night, April 4, around 8:15 were held from the First Baptist Church in Roysce City Thursday at 2:30 p.m. Interment was in Rockwall Cemetery.
The Rev. Carroll T. Cole pastor and the Rev Robert W. McGinnis of Fernwood Baptist Church, Dallas officiated.
Born Sept. 21 1896 in Kaufman, Mr. Huse was the son of John M. Huse and Rosa Williamson Huse. Early in life he united with the Baptist Church. On Dec. 23, 1951 he was married to Miss Ruby Hinkle of this city and they have resided here all their married life. He was employed at Vaught Mfg. Co in Rockwall moving there in 1904 from Kaufman
Pallbearers were George Vaught, Bob Vaught, Roy Whitlock, Bernard Shaw,Rockwall; W.W. Monk and Luke Watkins of Roysce City.
