VANCE BROCK, 57, FORMER MAGNOLIA AGENT SUCCUMBS
Vance Brock, 57, lifelong resident of Cameron and bulk manager in Cameron for Magnolia Petroleum Co. for 30 years, died at Ft. Hood Hospital Wednesday, September 11.
Mr. Brock had been ill for the past three years.
Funeral services were at 3:30 p. m. Friday in the chapel of Green's Funeral Home, the Rev. J. E. Lafferty officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ernestine Brod Brock of Cameron; one daughter, Miss Dianne Brock of Cameron; one son, John Brock, USN, stationed in Florida; his mother, Mrs. Frank Brock, Cameron; one brother, Frank A. Brock Jr. of Somerville; two sisters, Mrs. C. E. (Jane) Moses of Rockdale and Mrs. Jeff (Lavonia) Cammer of Dallas; and two grandchildren, Susan Anette Brock and John Lee Brock, Jr.
