Texas Highway Patrolma Charles A. Pryor was killed in a automobile-truck collision on U.S. Hwy. 87, 21.3 miles N. of Amarillo, Texas.
Patrolman Pryer was the son of Carey P. and Hattie (Hardin) Pryor. His survivors include his parents, his wife Karen and 15-day old infant son, James, 2 brothers and 5 sisters.
