EDINBURG - Martina Alonzo, 57, went to be with Our Lord on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. She was born on May 11, 1955 in Victoria Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Leonel Alonzo and mother Isabel Guzman.
She is survived by her father Inocencio Guzman and also her daughters Marlene Alonzo, Yvette M. Alonzo, Audrey Alonzo, Crystal Alonzo, Maria Guzman and her son Michel Alonzo. Her Sisters Viginia Ramierez, Margarita Garcia, Anita Guzman, Elisa Vela, Estella Perez, Guadalupe Guzman, Rosalinda Rodriguez, San Juanita Rocha, and Yolanda Guzman, her brothers Joe Guzman, Pedro Guzman, Inocencio Guzman Jr., and Gregorio Guzman, 15 grandchildren 1 great-grandchild.
Family received friends on Tuesday and Wednesday Novemeber 13 and 14, 2012 at 1:00pm-9:00pm with a holy rosary Wednesday 14, 2012 at 7:00pm at Vaughan Watson Funeral Chapel in Edinburg. Funeral mass celebrated on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 2:00pm at Sacred Heart Catholic church. Interment at Hilcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg, Texas.
