Services for Wanda Teeple, 71, were at 11 a. m. Monday, April 21 in the Moore-Rose Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Earl Blair officiating.
Burial followed in Floydada Cemetery under the direction of Moore-Rose Funeral Home.
She died Saturday morning, April 19 at Heritage Home in Plainview after a lengthy illness.
She moved to Floyd County in 1917. She married Jess Adkins in 1935. He died in 1945. She married Milton Terry in 1949. He died in 1958. She owned and operated Wanda's Stork Shop. She also was a dental assistant. She was a member of the Ladies' Auxillary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. She was a Presbyterian.
Survivors include two daughters, Addie Hartline of Levelland and Gloria Anne Gross of Petersburg; a sister, Mildred Hamm of South Plaines; a brother, Leighten Teeple of South Plaines; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
