Graveside service for Edna Walker, 95, of Angus was held Dec. 12 at the Lockney Cemetery in Lockney, Texas. Walker died Dec. 2, 2005, at Mescalero.
She was born Jan. 4, 1910, at Jayton, Texas, and had lived in Lincoln County since 1983, moving from Lordsburg, N.M. She was a homemaker and attended the Church of the Nazarene at Angus.
She married Collins Walker in November, 1933, at Hollis, Okla., and he preceded her in death on Aug. 26, 2000.
Surviving family members include a daughter, Martha Chavez of Angus; a granddaughter, Sheri Ortega of El Paso; a grandson, Jay Sikes of Tacna, Ariz.; and three great-grandchildren.
